Crave in Alexandria

Very modern atmosphere! Feels like other large city coffee shops. The wifi is stable. Nice seating and open view. The delicious iced chai tea leaves you wanting more. I'll be back.

Great service. Good place to sit and socialize or get some work done. On the pricier side.

Visited while in town, the shop is beautiful with a nice atmosphere! I wanted a dirty chi and the young lady said she had not been taught to make that yet so I ordered a chi tea frap instead and asked for a slice of coffee cake which she asked if I wanted it heated I said yes. My husband wanted to try the cheddar jalapeno biscuit & gravy, they were out 😣. He then ordered a mocha frap and a slice of coffee cake. We got out two fraps and only one slice of cold coffee cake. The fraps were more like a blended ice with little flavor... the coffee cake was good. Maybe this was an off day in comparison to others but I would suggest that some training might be needed 😊

Nice place, beautiful pastries, friendly and helpful staff, and clean bathrooms.

Crave is decent. It's a bit overpriced, in my opinion. The coffee is on the tart/bitter side of the spectrum, sort of like Starbucks standard coffee (not the fancy drinks).

Nice atmosphere, baristas are the sweetest and always help me! They are personable and learn their customers. Awesome breakfast sandwiches! The decor inside is very cozy and they offer wifi. Connected to it is the sandwich shoppe which serves nice lunches. Love coming here to get my blended matcha with espresso!

Very friendly staff, delicious coffee, and exquisite desserts. Definitely a bright spot downtown!

Over an hour after posted open times the doors are still locked and the employee behind the counter ignores customers trying to get in to order.

Very nice and cozy. Food is great along with people are friendly.

This place certainly has good food and coffee, but I find it way over priced. They also keep the music very loud. It's a small place and it echoes terribly. The bathrooms are down an external hallway that I find creepy, but that can't really be helped. I love how they renovated, and I'm so excited that there are more businesses downtown.

They have pretty good sandwiches there and it's a nice place to chill at if you're downtown.

I really like the ambience it is very Fung Shui design and the coffee was very good.

I was only in the area for 2 days and this is where I stopped for breakfast. This is a very cute cafe. I am a huge fan of local coffee shops!! This one had good coffee (I had an iced mocha latte) and yummy cheese grits. I did find them a bit overpriced and I found it odd that chocolate milk was not on the menu (my daughter's go-to), but overall I am glad we stopped.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing desserts, and great workers! Such a comfy place to relax with friends and drink coffee!

The smoothie was tasty, but the mocha was not. I didn't try any of the food, so I can't comment on it but the menu sounded good. The atmosphere was nice, but the outside speaker was way too loud.

Don’t try going at 8am on a Sunday. Was hopeful of getting a good cup off coffee near Hotel Bentley, only to find Crave closed.

Delicious sandwiches! Impressive dessert selection. Nice atmosphere and customer service. A pleasant surprise, worth a detour off the interstate.
